PLEASE BE ADVISED OF THE FOLLOWING:
* THE ORIGINAL DRC WEBSITE & URLS
(now functioning as the Oodles of Doodles website) were STOLEN FROM US BY LYNNE FOWLER AKA "OODLES OF DOODLES".
* DRC INC. WAS NOT "REMOVED" OR "TOLD TO LEAVE SITE" AS REPORTED BY LYNNE FOWLER. MS. FOWLER ALONE WAS FORMALLY AND LEGALLY REMOVED FROM THE DOODLE RESCUE COLLECTIVE ORGANIZATION.
THEFT, FRAUD, LIES & DECEPTION: THE TRUTH ABOUT LYNNE FOWLER & OODLES OF DOODLES RESCUE
In May of 2010, the original DRC website and URLs doodlerescuecollective.com and doodlerescuecollective.org were STOLEN from the Doodle Rescue Collective Inc. organization.
The individual SOLELY responsible for this theft and any and all of the subsequent online assaults, virtual harassment, and slanderous attacks against our organization and our Founder/President is:
LYNNE M. FOWLER AKA "OODLES OF DOODLES"
Ms. Fowler is also calling herself "Oodles of Doodles Rescue Collective", 'Rescue Collective", "Doodle Rescue Rehome Collective", "Fuzzy Paws Rescue New Jersey","Fuzzy Critters of SWVA Rescue", "Fuzzy Critters Inc.", "Lynne Oodles of Doodles Fowler" and numerous other virtual business aliases and fake identities.
Please be advised Ms. Fowler is a former DRC Board member and former DRC Treasurer LEGALLY REMOVED from the DRC organization by unanimous vote of our entire Board of Directors in May 2010.
Lynne Fowler was removed from the DRC organization for theft of DRC property and monies, professional misconduct, animal endangerment, misuse and mishandling of corporate funds and for her theft and intentional disabling of the original DRC website and URLs.
Lynne Fowler, Oodles of Doodles and Ms. Fowler's numerous other disreputable, fraudulent mock rescues and virtual aliases are located at:
14 Spring Garden Road, Lincroft, New Jersey in the township of Middletown and now in Jackson, New Jersey.
Ms. Fowler admittedly orchestrated her intentional theft and disabling of the original DRC website with malicious intent and did so by changing passwords in DRC web accounts as our President and other DRC Board Officers were asleep in their beds.
(now functioning as the Oodles of Doodles website), our URLs containing OUR registered corporate DBA and identity, our "Go Daddy" URL registration account, our Pay Pal account, numerous veterinary accounts and other DRC Internet accounts, had been STOLEN by Lynne Fowler via her calculated, premeditated and intentional changing of our passwords and account information.
These criminal actions gave Lynne Fowler sole access to and control over the original DRC website, financial accounts and other DRC corporate intellectual property many of which have since been recovered by DRC Inc.
Ms. Fowler's intent with these actions was to hold DRC intellectual property hostage, so as to blackmail the DRC Board of Directors into retaining her as a Board member. Ms. Fowler's plan was to sabotage and cripple DRC operations and prevent our Founder & President and other DRC Board Officers from having access to DRC intellectual property that MS FOWLER HAD NO HAND IN CREATING NOR ANY LEGAL RIGHT TO APPROPRIATE AND/OR RETAIN.
The DRC organization, the Doodle Rescue Collective and "Doodle Rescue Resource Collective" names and ANY AND ALL DRC corporate intellectual property WERE NOT CREATED OR FOUNDED BY LYNNE FOWLER. All were created by DRC Founder/President Jacqueline Yorke, DRC Co-Founder and Board Officer Karen Sholder and were BOUGHT AND PAID FOR WITH DRC FUNDS.
Again, Ms Fowler's admitted motive for her unconscionable acts of theft and sabotage against our organization and our President, were in retaliation for the DRC Board of Directors unanimous demand that she resign and step down as an officer and trustee of DRC or face immediate formal Board action to legally remove her from the DRC organization entirely.
This demand and subsequent action was initiated upon the DRC Boards 4/29/10 discovery of multiple professional misconducts committed by Ms Fowler over the 16 month period prior to her formal removal from the DRC organization.
Ms. Fowler's theft, misconducts and refusal to comply with Board missives, DRC policies, protocols and procedures compromised the reputation and operations of the DRC organization and the safety and welfare of the rescue dogs in our program.
Upon hearing of the DRC Boards intentions to ask for her resignation, Lynne Fowler changed account passwords, disabled and then stole the DRC website and accounts.
Ms. Fowler was offered the opportunity to "resign" in lieu of further legal action against her in order to spare her unnecessary embarrassment......
Ms. Fowler however, refused to resign....
Only upon hearing that she was invited to attend an emergency DRC Board meeting addressing her misconduct with all 9 DRC Board members and DRC attorneys present, did Lynne Fowler correspond via a one line email that she would "step down."
WARNING: Lynne Fowler and Oodles of Doodles continue to illegally use the "Doodle Rescue Collective" name & web identity and variations of our name and identity to purposely divert web traffic to the fraudulent Oodles of Doodles website.
Lynne Fowler continues to purposely and intentionally create confusion for those seeking to adopt or place Labradoodles & Goldendoodles in need, those seeking DRC specific assistance and the services of our legitimate, reputable, national non-profit rescue organization.
Additionally, Lynne Fowler and Oodles of Doodles continue to lie, slander, harass, stalk and libel DRC and our Founder and President, illegally use the DRC web identity, our stolen URLs, DBA and our good name and reputation to solicit and intentionally divert donors and donation funds intended for Doodle Rescue Collective Inc.
Please be advised Ms Fowler's solicitation of donations and funds, with a stolen identity and ALL OF HER ACTIONS AND ACTIVITIES against DRC and our President ARE CONSIDERED PROSECUTABLE THEFT, FRAUD, CORPORATE EMBEZZLEMENT, IDENTITY THEFT, LIBEL, SLANDER, HARRASMENT, INTERNET FRAUD, BY STATE & FEDERAL AGENCIES AND AUTHORITIES IN ACCORDANCE WiTH THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
Legal and civil action on behalf of Doodle Rescue Collective Inc. is pending and federal authorities and agencies are investigating Lynne Fowler and Oodles of Doodles.
LYNNE FOWLER PROFITING FROM DRC NAME & STOLEN PROPERTY
Ms. Fowler has forged quite the shady, virtual, online business for herself with the Doodle Rescue Collective name, our stolen URLs and other DRC intellectual property. She continues to lie, defraud, deceive the public and profit from other people's hard work, determination, passion, creativity and PROPERTY at the expense of rescue dogs.
Our Founder & President and other DRC founding Board members spent over 16 months painstakingly creating, building and optimizing the original DRC website for maximum exposure in online search engines such as Google. This was implemented to ensure that the DRC organization, our rescued doodles, our mission and our message maintained a strong, visible presence on the World Wide Web.
By the time our original website and URLs were stolen by Lynne Fowler, doodlerescuecollective.com and doodlerescuecollective.org had obtained a significant rating with Google and other web-based search engines.
As a result, Doodle Rescue Collective Inc. and rescued doodles were receiving a tremendous amount of attention via Internet exposure. Our doodle dogs were being placed into wonderful homes more readily, volunteers were recruited throughout North America, donation funds generated and the plight of the homeless doodle dog exposed to the public via the World Wide Web.
MS. FOWLER WAS WELL AWARE OF ALL OF THE ABOVE WHEN SHE STOLE OUR URLS AND WEBSITE.
MS FOWLER CONTINUES TO PROFIT FROM OUR GOOD NAME, REPUTATION AND HER ILLEGAL USE OF OUR PROPERTY.
Doodle Rescue Collective Inc. is a non-profit corporation registered with the New Jersey Department of the Treasury and the Internal Revenue Service of the US. The corporation, our name and likeness and any and all intellectual holdings of "the DRC Corporation" are the property of the DRC Board of Directors and of its registered agent.
Lynne Fowler is NOT as she claims, "the founder" or "the creator" of the "Doodle Rescue Collective" organization, nor is she a "former partner" of our President. Doodle Rescue Collective and/or "Doodle Rescue Resource Collective" as we were originally known, was co-founded by several other individuals.
The Doodle Rescue Collective organization is as it has always been from the beginning, a collective of individual volunteers with a diverse Board of Directors in place to ensure that our national, non-profit rescue organization operates in accordance with the laws of the Internal Revenue Service of the United States as stipulated under 501(c)(3) of the federal code.
We are a Board driven and directed, not for profit corporation that no one individual can claim ownership.
Lynne Fowler does NOT nor did she at ANY TIME, retain ownership, legal or otherwise, of the "Doodle Rescue Collective" name, DBA nor ANY intellectual property belonging to the DRC organization and corporation.
She neither created it, nor registered it and has NO LEGAL RIGHT to use the names "Doodle Rescue Collective", or "Rescue Collective" or any variation of our registered corporate and organizational identity in any manner, medium or form.
Ms Fowler refuses to comply with various legal orders and missives and continues to defy the law and the legal advice of even her own attorney to return our stolen intellectual property to the Doodle Rescue Collective corporation and organization and cease and desist from its illegal use.
Further, Lynne Fowler and other disreputable individuals associated with Oodles of Doodles, continue to criminally harass, stalk, slander and libel Doodle Rescue Collective Inc. our President, Officers, Directors and volunteers by posting sensationalized fabrications under numerous online aliases, on various websites, web pages, web blogs and other adolescent, web-based social media sites such as Facebook and Word Press.
Ms. Fowler is apparently obsessed with attempting to sabotage and damage the reputation of our respected national rescue organization, that of our Founder /President and to cause irreparable harm to both our organization and the dogs in the DRC rescue program.
THE OODLES OF DOODLES NON-PROFIT "RESCUE" SCAM
It is important to note that "Oodles of Doodles" is not a legitimate rescue organization and Lynne Fowler is not a reputable, responsible animal rescuer nor a person to be trusted or entrusted with the appropriate care, treatment and welfare of rescue animals. Ms. Fowler's self-proclaimed "rescue resume" is exactly the same as her version of truth regarding her removal from DRC......Lies....... Ms Fowler's grossly exaggerated history of rescue experience and her equally exaggerated history of the origins of DRC and Oodles of Doodles along with the rest of her pathological propaganda, also, pure fabrication.
PLEASE NOTE: Prior to her brief association with Doodle Rescue Collective, Ms Fowler had in fact, NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH RESCUE OR RESCUE ANIMALS.
THE SAD REALITY
Lynne Fowler and Oodles of Doodles are not functioning as a true"rescue." She and "they" are in fact brokering re-home dogs and dogs pulled from southern shelters by other independent rescuers. These rescuers are offered use of Oodles of Doodles "listing service" to place dogs in their care into what they are led to believe are loving homes screened, checked and home visited by Lynne Fowler and Oodles of Doodles. In reality, these dogs are thrown on transport trucks to the Northeast and are being sold right off the trucks in mall and department store parking lots along tranport routes. These dogs are never in the physical custody of Lynne Fowler or Oodles of Doodles. They are being sold for upwards of $600 "adoption fees" on the Internet via rescue listing sites such as Petfinder.com and adoptapet.com and under various organization aliases besides "Oodles of Doodles" such as "Fuzzy Paws", "Fuzzy Paws Rescue New Jersey","Fuzzy Critters of SWVA" and "Fuzzy Critters Inc."
It has come to our attention that "Oodles of Doodles" was sadly and surprisingly recently granted 501(c)(3) tax exempt status by the IRS.
DRC is working with the IRS to determine if Ms. Fowler obtained this status through additional acts of fraud by copying and using DRC's 501(c)(3)narrative, statistics and application. As a former member of our Board Ms. Fowler is in possession of copies of all of the above and continues to illegally retain them in spite of orders to return them to DRC. Given her history of fraud, embezzlement and repeated, blatant plagiarism and copyright theft of other DRC intellectual property, it stands to reason Ms Fowler would not hesitate to use DRCs 501(c)(3) narrative, statistics and financial information to fraudulently file for tax exempt status.
The Internal Revenue Service Division of Tax Exempt and Government Entities is currently investigating this matter.

LEGAL ACTION TAKEN AGAINST LYNNE FOWLER
Lynne Fowler was recently ordered by the state Superior Court of New Jersey to return a sick Labradoodle puppy she physically stole from another rescue organization, whose life she knowingly endangered, and make financial restitution to the organization and to the adopter. Ms Fowler stole this animal knowing full and well he was sick with a life-threatening illness only to deny the puppy critical vet care that placed his life in serious peril. She further denied the puppy the protection of the reputable, responsible rescue organization that saved his life with full intent and means to treat his malady. Ms. Fowler then sold this puppy sick, suffering and intact (not neutered), to an unsuspecting adopter for a $425 adoption fee plus an additional $100 "neuter deposit without providing veterinary care to this animal or full disclosure of his health issues to the adopter.
Lynne Fowler is facing additional legal action and criminal charges for theft, animal endangerment and consumer fraud from individual adopters and reputable animal welfare organizations other than Doodle Rescue Collective.
Please bookmark this website and please feel free to contact us directly if you have any questions or require further information regarding this matter.
Again, the real Doodle Rescue Collective Inc. is a national, 501(c)(3) recognized public charity and a registered non-profit corporation in the State of New Jersey that has saved and placed over 1000 Labradoodle and Goldendoodle dogs since 2008. The safety, well-being and welfare of these animals remains the sole agenda of the DRC organization.
We apologize for having to call your attention to these facts and appreciate your time and consideration in regards to this ongoing nightmare. Please know we regret having to take precious time, energy and attention away from our number one focus--saving as many doodle dogs as we possibly can in order to clarify this matter.
We thank you and encourage you to PLEASE!
CIRCULATE THIS INFORMATION WHEREVER AND WHENEVER POSSIBLE.
On behalf of doodles in need we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your friendship, your continued support and your dedication to Doodle Rescue.

Doodle Rescue Collective, Inc.
Thank you Jane. We have maintained our dignity, remaining silent for over 18 months awaiting legal intervention. But now that we know that this fraud is purposely using our name and our web identity to solicit donations that are intended for Doodle Rescue Collective and the dogs in our program, something had to be posted to warn the public.
WOW!! And to believe I was actually going to help her out a couple times, but was unable to :( I am saddened by this :( I was confused and now I feel totally scammed and betrayed by Lynne :(
Thank you informing everyone :)
Thank you so much for this information. I adopted a schnoodle about 8 years ago locally, but am not familiar with these new doodle organizations. I recently googled Doodle Rescue Organizations and was directed to Oodles of Doodles at which time I found a goldendoodle that my husband and I were interested in adopting. We currently have two (2) schnoodles. I submitted the application and received a no-reply e-mail to let me know that the application had been received. Somehow I missed that e-mail and sent a message to Ms. Fowler to make sure the application was indeed received. Apparently my husband and I were not matches for "Annie" as we have yet to be contacted. Now that I have read this information, I wonder if she even exists. I check every day on her status and she is still listed. My husband and I have discussed so much the fact that if there are so many animals out there needing good homes, then why when a family comes along that desires to make a commitment to take care of one of these little furry friends, why in the world would we not be considered. We have had 2-3 dogs in our home for the past 38 years. All are kept inside, fed, groomed, provided health care, and loved. It just doesn't make sense. It's so unfortunate for those waiting to be adopted. All is well, however, and our search continues.
Teresa,we are so sorry that you had dealings with Oodles of Doodles and Lynne Fowler but we are grateful that you are letting us and the rest of the unsuspecting public know the truth about the fraud and deception.
The reality is this. The majority of the doodles listed by Oodles of Doodles are neither in their "rescue program" or in their physical custody....Nor are they even "Owner Re-homes" being assisted by Oodles .......They are dogs whose pictures and info are being lifted from Craigslist by Lynne Fowler and then uploaded to Petfinder and Adopt A Pet to make it appear that Oodles of Doodles has all these available doodle dogs in their rescue when in reality they do not.......
There are doodles listed as being "available for adoption" that have literally been listed on Petfinder for a year that were never with Oodles of Doodles from the get go.
Lynne Fowler reactivates her fictitious listings from "ADOPTED" status to "ADOPTABLE" status whenever she feels she needs to direct web traffic to Oodles and make it look busier than it really is and appear oodles has more adoptable animals than they in fact do.
Many if not most of the doodles listed as being Oodles of Doodles dogs are in reality, Craigslist dogs who were already placed by their owners, or are with DRC, IDOG or other reputable rescue organizations.
We know this because we have over 700 volunteers throughout North America that peruse Craigslist 2-3 times a day, respond to the ads as a "rescue" offering assistance, are contacted by most owners with an update on the dog's status and then report it all back to us here at HQ...
If you look at the Oodles of Doodles "Happy Tales" on Petfinder, you will see a minimum of 10-15 doodles that were in fact saved and placed by DRC....There are 8 additional doodles that I know of off the top that were actually saved and placed by IDOG.
As soon as I find a moment I will place the links to these dogs here....
So to answer your question if Annie even exists? Probably not......
