- Tell us about yourself and how we might help you:
- We would like to rescue a doodle that does not shed. We have raised Puppies for the blind for 25 years, at least 11 different pups,. That was very rewarding. We can not see ou selves with out a dog as part of our family.
- Tell us about your doodle(s) and/or other pets that you have:
- At the present we have a German Shepard, Mcguyver 9 years old, that is a guide dog with a career change. He is 110 pound and the greatest dog ever. He is very good with other dogs and with our two cats. Kids and visitors are the highlight of his day. He is special because his ears cross when he is at attention.
- Where did you get your doodle(s) and/or why you have chosen a doodle
- I am an event planner and we are incharge of the Contra Costa Veternarian Ass.'s monthly meeting. One of the Vet just rescued a Goldendoodle. We want a medium to large doodle because of my husband 's new alergies and Mcguyver would be a great trainer and friend to a young pup..
- Are you now involved in Rescue? If so, how? Tell us a bit as to why you are here:
- Our two cats and two previous dogs were from rescues. We are also not in a state to be able to pay $2,000 for a papered pup.
