- Tell us about yourself and how we might help you:
- My husband and I are wishing to add a new family member to our household. We are empty nesters and would love to have a Golden Doodle to join us on walks on the beach, play time very important, and simply have the opportunity to give a dog at risk a loving home. I am retired but my husband still works so I would be able to give our doggie all the attention and bonding time these wonderful dogs deserve.
- Tell us about your doodle(s) and/or other pets that you have:
- We do not have a Golden Doodle right now. We will either adopt or puchase one of these extrodinary animals.
Our timeline , within the next two months.
- Where did you get your doodle(s) and/or why you have chosen a doodle
- Living in Southern California it appears everytime we are out walking we come across 2-3 Golden Doodles. Their owners are so enthuastic, sharing proudly their stories about how their lives changed once these wonderful dogs came into their homes.
- Are you now involved in Rescue? If so, how? Tell us a bit as to why you are here:
- Not actively involved with a Rescue Program. If we have the ability to purchase a home, I would seriously give this some thought. Given the beauty of these animals I would guess that most folks that go to the trouble to adopt a Golden Doodle would probably not give them up for adoption. So that would leave a pet running away or someone who for no reason of their own must part with their pet due to a job transfer, etc.
