What a wonderful way to start the new year!! I met with both families that were interested in Figaro and his forever family has been chosen! I had the great pleasure of calling Frances and Jim and telling them the great news! We met on Sunday, Jan 2 and after the "debriefing", Figaro jumped into the back of their brand new SUV that they purchased so they would have room for transporting both of their doodles. What a motivated family!…

Well, after 2 1/2 long weeks with the dreaded cone on, Figaro has finally been released from wearing the cone! The vet removed most of the stitches from his lower eyelids other than the ones that had to be replaced after he broke them scratching around the cone. He is SOOOOO happy without the cone! He spent the first 5 minutes running around the house like a crazy dog! Probably doggie for "jumping for joy". HIs eyes look AMAZING!…
