Would love to adopt a dog. Haven't had a dog for a few years and we are now ready to commit to another dog.

Tell us about your dog(s) and/or other pets that you have:

We have had numerous animals over the years. Out first two were a basset hound who died from seizures and a manx cat that we had until she was 23 years old. Our next was a bloodhound that we found on a bulletin board and had to have put to sleep at the age of 14. Our last dog was a heinz 57 that we found in a ditch when we were on a bike ride. He lived until he was 15 or 16. We had to have him put down and it was painful. We are now ready to have another dog.

A doodle is a good breed because of the mix and the shedding. The size is a good match and we spend a lot of time with our family who are owners of golden retrievers and 3 children ages 2-7.

No, we are not involved in Rescue. We are here because we looked on Petfinder.com and felt the doodle gave us the best match.
