My foster Annie has been gone for almost a week now. Jordan, is slowly getting over her sadness. Jordan really loved Annie, more than any other foster so far. Annie's new family reports she is doing really well adjusting to her new life. They sent pictures and Annie really looks happy! Annie was a hard foster for us. She was a big puppy with little manners and very active. Annie's spay week was the hardest for us. How do you keep an active 10m puppy down? I ended up calling my Vet and begging for the ok to walk her with the promise of bandaging her spay site. It was a godsend! Annie is such a sweetheart, I do miss her. I knew her family was a perfect fit for her when she told me that she already had a trainer. I was not letting Annie go to anyone without continued training. Plus, they had rescued before and as a foster Mom it was so refreshing to work with a family who understands the rules of adopting. Annie, now lives in 2 houses, one is on the lake. They report she is loving the water but not swimming just yet. Annie also has 2 dog sisters to play with. Also, another thing I wanted for her. Other dogs to live with. In all we miss her, but it's nice to see my cats again :)

Tante, thank you for fostering sweet Annie and helping her find her home! Happy Tails to you, Annie, may you live happily ever after with your wonderful new family!

You think Annie's family will adopt us? I love the idea of living on a lake. OMD - would my girls be thrilled!

Samantha never misses a foster but she does miss having her boyfriend, Sully, living with us. Charli usually misses our fosters and is gloomy for a few days (which Samantha is grateful for).

I love that Annie's Mom is an experienced rescue Mom!!!
